Hi, I’m Shannan the Owner and Founder of Busy Bean Play Cafe. My husband Cole and I are the parents to the two most incredible children in the world, Jameson and Taytum. The love for my children and the desire to be active and find fun things to go do with them sparked the idea/need for Busy Bean. As a full time working mom, (I am also a Speech-Language Pathologist) I often found myself nit-picking activities and event centers in the area; they didn’t open early enough, they were only open one day during the weekend or they didn’t have any sort of suitable age play time such as toddler time during the weekend, etc.. I kept thinking to myself, “I could do better than that.” So, here I am, doing better than that! My goal for Busy Bean is to be THE spot kids want to go play. THE spot moms want to go meet up with their friends and recharge with a cup of coffee. THE spot where parents can interact and watch their children learn and grow through play. I hope that you soon find; our spot is also yours!
